Please contact us for all further queries.

We’d love to have you as part of our team in any of these rewarding roles:

    Administration

We offer various positions in our administration department: from those in the front office, the accounts department, the maintenance wing, to name some.

    Special Education

Action for Autism provides a creative platform for teachers who want to specialize in teaching persons with autism across ages and ability levels. The positions offer an enriching work experience in the classrooms, outreach programmes, communication focused programmes, early intervention models, social skills programs, etc. Working in these positions continually provides fresh learning opportunities.

    Advocacy

AAILAAN, AFA’s advocacy wing, is involved in raising awareness about autism, lobbying with the government and networking. If you believe in advocating for the rights of the marginaisied, and being a part of the process to give them access to their rights, AAILAAN may just be the place for you.

    Research

AFA has a longstanding commitment to research in the field of autism. We strongly believe that research is the key to understanding both the phenomenology and treatment of people with autism, and building upon the existing services. You may want to come aboard our research team and build on the vast reservoir of data that we have collected.

    Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists are an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team at AFA and work in coordination with the special educators. They add a vital component to the progress of the children and adults through occupational therapy assessments, planning for and implementing individualised occupational therapy, as well as being in regular communication with parents, so as to facilitate the suggestions being carried out in the home environment too.
